Phil Hellmuth is living up to his reputation as a Poker Brat and is getting angry when critics say he doesn't beat the cash games he plays. He posted a tweet calling out all the haters and challenging them to bet against him for $500,000 to beat the games he is playing.
"Talk is cheap. If someone actually believes that I am a losing player in cash games (I have won over $3M since 2014 in cash games and have tax records to prove it), then will they put their money where their mouth is? My critic and I will post $500,000 each, and that critic can book me—dollar for dollar—in the games you say I lose money in, televised cash games (where I won 23-out-of-24 sessions from 2013 to 2019). This year: I am winning $110,000 in 6 sessions of $25-$50 "Hellmuth's Home Game" (on YouTube and @CBSSportsNet)."

His tweet immediately received a response from Monarch, who commented, "Yapyapyap hu4rollz," challenging Hellmuth to a high-stakes heads-up match, which we doubt is ever going to happen.
We saw many challenges coming Hellmuth's way over the years, but rarely did he accept cash game matches. If he posted a challenge where he would have to play in a non-controlled environment against top players, not a hand-picked group of rich players, there would be a huge list of players wanting to play against him.
We also have to consider that Hellmuth is 61 and far from his poker peak, but it's fun to see him pump his chest as he is still a top player.
